Anthony John Denison is also known as Anthony John Sarrero. He has two siblings and he’s the eldest one. Before he stepped into entertainment world, he worked as a life insurance agent for John Hancock Insurance in New York. In the mean time, he starred in several stage productions also. He also learned carpentry, handball, chess and squash etc.
He’s best known for his appearance as the mobster, Ray Luca, in the TV show ‘Crime Story’. He became a household name when Time Magazine recognized him as the ‘Television’s Best Villain of the 1980’s’. He also guest starred in several TV shows and movies including ‘Wise guy’ as John Henry, ‘Getting Gotti’ as John Gotti, ‘Criminal Passion’, ‘The Amy Fisher Story’ as Joey Buttafuoco . In the very popular ESPN drama series ‘Playmakers’, he played head coach Mike George. He was also seen in ‘Charmed’ as charmed ones’ father during the first season of series.
He’s married to Jenny and is currently residing in California along with his wife and their four cats.

Anthony John Denison appeared as Lieutenant Andrew Flynn in ‘The Closer’, a member of LAPD. Initially, he was on Captain Taylor’s side and was sent to sabotage Brenda Johnson. But, when he discovers Captain Taylor’s not so-good motives, he joins Brenda’s side and gains by her. He’s very influential man and has very high ability to persuade others to follow him.
